Control Room

Besides a vintage DDA Profile console with Uptown automation we also have chosen for the digital recording systems Protools, Logic and the Akai DR-8. This gives us both the warmth and power of analog and the ease and cleanliness of digital recordings. To record on other formats like ADAT or Tascam DTRS is no problem. We have several software tools available to make a perfect recording. There is also a wide range of outboard gear available such as an Urei 1178 compressor / limiter and a Lexicon PCM70 to name but a few. Beside several samplers and sound modules that are available you can always get more, such as Focusrite or Tubetech gear. Topping all this are the ElektroVoice Sentry 500 monitors with an Accuphase amp. These will give you the sound as it should be. Nearfield monitoring is done on the KRK 9000B monitors, Spirit Absolute II monitors or Yamaha NS-10 monitors. The microphones that are used in the studio are from renowned companies such as AKG, Sennheiser, BeyerDynamic and Shure and include the world famous AKG C-414 B-ULS. The final, mastered recording can be delivered on CD or DAT.

Recording Room

The fully air-conditioned recording room of 42 square metres has a warm and friendly atmosphere. It is totally dedicated to the creative process and gives the relaxed setting to make a perfect recording. Equipped with an August Forster piano and a vocal PA it is also ideal to do a final rehearsal session. Part of the room has wooden paneling to create that special sound for acoustical recordings.
